Liaoning: for decoration projects, environmental protection clauses will be added to the newly signed contract from October 2017, and water-based coatings and adhesives are required to be used, and indoor air testing will be adopted to meet the standard.

Good growth momentum of Waterborne Coatings Market

From 2011 to 2016, the market scale of waterborne coatings in China has increased from 35.3 billion yuan to 54 billion yuan, with an average annual compound growth rate of about 9%. Some organizations predict that in the next five years, the average growth rate of waterborne coatings will be 23%; by 2022, the output of waterborne coatings in China will reach 6.34 million tons.
